Treehouse is a social-living housing project headed by Kolon. As lead designer of the project, my task was to design a consumer-friendly brand image for the project. During it’s pre-sale phase, I completed a library of 200+ graphical assets – my designs were used for B2B & B2C presentations, social media and marketing efforts.

Treehouse is outfitted with the latest smart home technologies to make living as comfortable and worry-free as possible. The app design is very intuitive with simple and clear navigations. The main purpose of the app is to allow direct rent and utility payment. Treehouse has many common spaces which can be booked easily through the app. Tenants can also stay up-to-date with community events such as movie nights or Yoga workshops.
