Business Rebranding
COMMON Life, a co-living housing branch of KOLON, wanted a fresh and bright website that shared their people-first personality. Transitioning from a behind-the-scenes business development team to a collection of designers and property developers, COMMON Life needed an online makeover to match.
Shifting from a text repository to a graphically pleasing layout, the final product mixed media with information. The final product utilized numerous parallax effects, set to trigger as one scrolled through the site, to provide an eye-catching experience while retaining a professional and corporate face for future business partners.

Design that works on all screens
Flexibility is everything.
For the fast-paced Korean market, a strong mobile presence is necessary – business is often done on the fly. Having a responsive website that is accessible and shareable over a spectrum of screen sizes is crucial for transitioning from the coffee shop to the boardroom.

Iterations
Working with the team.
Matching the transformations of COMMON Life, the design of the website went through multiple iterations as the breadth of the site shifted and expanded. Accommodating for the team’s goals, the website was developed hands-on with the client, growing with the inclusion of various media, social media outlets, and blogging platforms.
